This is a super green smoothie bowl.


  • Half a frozen Avo
  • Half a cup of frozen spinach
  • Half a cup of frozen bananas
  • A table spoon of almond butter
  • Half a cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp of matcha powder
  • 2 large slices of pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • a sprig of mint

You can just pop this all in the blender and then top with whatever toppings you wish. I chose chia seeds, almond chips, pumpkin seeds, strawberries, raspberries and gooseberries.

I remember the first time I tried to make a smoothie bowl. It said you had to freeze the bananas ๐ŸŒ and I just threw a whole banana in the freezer with the skin and everything ๐Ÿ˜‚ felt so silly the next day trying to seperate the skin and the actual banana ๐Ÿ˜‚ anyways… I’ve advanced from then- thank goodness. This was a really really great meal ๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿป I hope you like it x
