If you’re someone who enjoys peanut butter and chocolate then this one is for you πŸ™†πŸ»πŸ« I’m personally more of a fruit fan but Michael prefers this one. It still packed with goodness and tons of protein so it’s still perfect for breakfast x 

Ingredients 

  • Almond milk (1 cup)
  • 2 full frozen bananas 
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter ( you can add more if you like πŸ˜‰)
  • 1tbsp almond butter 
  • 3 apples (I personally prefer Granny Smith apples but obviously it’s up to you)
  • I put in a handful of baby spinach (it’s just to add more goodness, you really can’t tastes it at all)
  • 1tbsp cacao powder 

Pop all of that in the blender (it serves two people and really does fill you up) and then to top it off I threw on some chia seeds,cacao nibs and some banana. Actually quite simple and easy except for all the mess I always make and need to clean up afterwards πŸ˜‚πŸ™ˆ I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and trying new things and I always seem to use just about every crockery and cutlery item I own which leads to quite a lot of washing and cleaning up but it’s all part of the fun I suppose πŸ™†πŸ» hope you enjoy this x #smoothiebowl #health
