Spirulina is a blue green algae, it helps prevent cancer, reduces cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, boosts energy, lowers chances of having a stroke and is now one of the top ten super foods in the world 🌎 

Ingredients:

  • Half a teaspoon of spirulina powder 
  • 2 blocks of frozen almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana 🍌 
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk 
  • 1 tsp almond butter 

Toppings; I used frozen blueberries, Gogi berries, chia seeds, mixed seeds, cacao nibs 

Don’t put too much spirulina powder in or you might not like the taste. If done accordingly it tastes amazing 🎉🙆🏻 #smoothiebowl
