This mornings breakfast πŸ“ good for when you’re in a rush or on the go. Bottom layer=rolled oats, Middle layer= banana and coconut (1 frozen banana, 1 nonfrozen banana and 1/4 cup coconut water) 🌴🍌 and the top layer= strawberries and raspberries(1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1/4 cup almond milk) πŸ“ I always crave fruit in the morning, feels like I can’t start my day without them 😍🍎 today I did 15 min of rowing (for HIIT) and then my arms workout πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ it wasn’t such a smart idea πŸ’‘ to pair those two because now my arms are so sore πŸ™ˆπŸ™ƒ but it’s all good ✌️️I always feel like my day is well balanced after I’ve done some exercise. I really didn’t feel like going to gym today πŸ™ˆ because I had a bit of anxiety because of my exam on Tuesday but I forced myself to go because I know I always feel better after I’ve gone and gym helps with my anxiety. I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel that coffee makes anxiety worse and eating high carb meals also makes it worse. Things that make it better for me; listening to music, gym, going for a nice walk or having a cold shower πŸ™†πŸ»πŸŽ‰ maybe if any of you suffer from anxiety you can try one of those or feel free to tell me what helps you and maybe I can try it x
