This mornings breakfast ๐Ÿ“ good for when you’re in a rush or on the go. Bottom layer=rolled oats, Middle layer= banana and coconut (1 frozen banana, 1 nonfrozen banana and 1/4 cup coconut water) ๐ŸŒด๐ŸŒ and the top layer= strawberries and raspberries(1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1/4 cup almond milk) ๐Ÿ“ I always crave fruit in the morning, feels like I can’t start my day without them ๐Ÿ˜๐ŸŽ today I did 15 min of rowing (for HIIT) and then my arms workout ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ it wasn’t such a smart idea ๐Ÿ’ก to pair those two because now my arms are so sore ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ƒ but it’s all good โœŒ๏ธ๏ธI always feel like my day is well balanced after I’ve done some exercise. I really didn’t feel like going to gym today ๐Ÿ™ˆ because I had a bit of anxiety because of my exam on Tuesday but I forced myself to go because I know I always feel better after I’ve gone and gym helps with my anxiety. I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel that coffee makes anxiety worse and eating high carb meals also makes it worse. Things that make it better for me; listening to music, gym, going for a nice walk or having a cold shower ๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿป๐ŸŽ‰ maybe if any of you suffer from anxiety you can try one of those or feel free to tell me what helps you and maybe I can try it x
