Pizza (GF flour base) 

GF = gluten free/guilt free 🙆🏻

I felt like I had to try something new and I kind of felt like something made from flour but something that was still healthy so I added a few things in a mixing bowl and… 💥 greatness.

Ingredients for this SUPER QUICK base

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1tbsp ground flax
  • 1tbsp cassava flour
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • 1tsp of psyllium husks
  • 1tsp chia
  • 2 grated zucchini (grate and then place in dish towel and squeeze all the water out)
  • (You could also add a pinch of cayenne pepper if you like spicy things)

If it’s too wet just add a dash of cassava or any of the flours🙂

Mix all together until it’s like a dough (first mix dry then add the wet stuff) Place in oven (oven on high) for about 15-20 minutes or until firm and a little crispy.

  • Add toppings you desire. I added a tomato paste and then some mixed lettuce and rocket plus zucchini and an egg but you could obvs add anything you wish.
