GF = gluten free/guilt free 🙆🏻
I felt like I had to try something new and I kind of felt like something made from flour but something that was still healthy so I added a few things in a mixing bowl and… 💥 greatness.
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1tbsp ground flax
- 1tbsp cassava flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Pinch of pink salt
- Pinch of baking powder
- 1tsp of psyllium husks
- 1tsp chia
- 2 grated zucchini (grate and then place in dish towel and squeeze all the water out)
- (You could also add a pinch of cayenne pepper if you like spicy things)
If it’s too wet just add a dash of cassava or any of the flours🙂
Mix all together until it’s like a dough (first mix dry then add the wet stuff) Place in oven (oven on high) for about 15-20 minutes or until firm and a little crispy.
