Top Sources of Vitamin C

Winter is coming… is it just me or does it feel like it has already arrived? It’s been extremely cold the last couple of days. I woke up with a little bit of a stuffy nose and the first thing I though was, I have to increase my vitamin C intake. Here are a few foods that can help with that.

Signs that you need more Vit C:

– swollen gums

– slow wound healing

– dry hair and skin

– nosebleeds

– weakened immune system

– swollen and sore joints

– digestive problems and autoimmune diseases

Foods high in Vit C:

– Red pepper
