Very simple and easy smoothie bowl Pop all of this in the blender and you’ll get your breakfast that tastes like a dessert: 3tsp cacao powder Handful of blueberries  1frozen banana  2 apples 2 tbsp of peanut butter  2nlocks of frozen almond milk  That’s it 🙆🏻 this serves two 🎉

Papaya boat

Filled half a papaya with Gogi berries, kiwi, cacao nibs, banana, rolled oats, strawberries and chia seeds… I crave fruit a lot and this was perfect and really quick to make before you go to gym/work/varsity
