I’m sure this mixture can be used to create many other things as well, I’m determined to make mug cakes, maybe cupcakes, flapjacks and different loves. This recipe can also be altered to yield many different flavors. Fruit bits and chocolates chips could be added as well.

This is just the basic vanilla recipe but feel free to let your creations run wild.

  1. Pop all your ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. *For the milk you can use almond milk, oat milk, normal milk...all work just as well. *For the protein powder I've tried it with both vegan protein and Whey. Whey works better but both options work well
  2. Heat up a frying pan, add some coconut oil or butter to the pan
  3. Fry like normal pancakes
For Waffles
  1. If you want to make waffles, use the exact same mixture and fry in a waffle machine
